We ate here recently. It was very busy so took a while to be served. The staff were pleasant enough but obviously under pressure. The menu had plenty to choose from and the food was OK but quite overpriced as far as we were concerned. I won't be rushing back there but on a positive note my son absolutely loves this place and goes there often.

It's a great idea - an american themed eatery , but it can miss the mark - it's fairly expensive, and because it's often busy, service can be slow. Staff are friendly though, and will willingly sing a birthday song (a number of times throughout the night)

I have eaten here but must admit it wasn't as special as I thought it would be. Décor is amusing and kids got a nice drink container at a price , also waiter was slow and mixed drink orders.

We went in there after a meal elsewhere for 'coffee and cake'. There were so many problems, we got it for free: no hot chocolate, 1 teaspoon to share, no milk jug, dirty cups/ teapot. They seem to fry everything and we came out with smelly clothes and hair. We won't be back.

Food and service here is great and I love the stereotypical American feel the place offers. Everything I've ever had here has been delicious, with great range of burgers and other American 'cuisines' on offer. This is a good place to catch up with friends, however the only downside is that the prices can be a little high.

We took our adult daughters for a birthday lunch. The steaks were delicious and I liked the idea of choosing little extras to go with them, which was included in the price. BUT the price was extremely expensive, as were the drinks ($18 cocktails). Overall we enjoyed our selection of food and the atmosphere was great. It is a pity that the prices are so high otherwise we would certainly return.

I found the food was very overpriced, and not all that great. There was a lot on the menu to chose from, but the food I tried was not great. It took a long time for them to bring the food. Not one to try again, thats for sure

All I can say is average to poor, they took 20 minutes to bring out our drinks, the food is over priced and average, the service is so slow, you couldn't find service if you looked for it and they took 30 minutes to sort out the bill and let us pay, one of the worst restaurants I've been to, will definitely not be returning.

We love this restaurant that is American inspired and FUN!!! The venue is great with colourful attractions and the staff are friendly and fun. They can embarrass you when its your birthday by singing out loud to all. Drinks & Food is great and well priced. Fun atmosphere and would highly recommend all to go at least once for the experience,

Absolutely amazing service, the waitresses and bar staff were really nice and helpful. The food was really good, and there was a lot of it! Overall, amazing.
