find and clear swer pipe blockage, aswell as locate the location of the blockage for future repair to the pipe

Hi Daryl, thanks for your feedback. Glad we found and cleared the sewer blockage. Did you go ahead with the reline of the pipe? How did that go?

Clearing and relining severely blocked and, in places, cracked storm water drains. Previously, three different plumbers had either shied away from the hard work ("We'll get back to you" - and they never did) or tried and failed. The combination of The Drain Man's use of top technology and highly competent, professional and pleasant employees meant that the job was carried out thoroughly, in the process highlighting and fixing problems arising from previous work done to the drains over the years. This all took some time and hence cost was considerable. But this should be justified by there being - for the first time in years - no more flooding and overflowing. I am now just waiting until it rains hard!

Approximate cost: $10,000

Drainage cleaning and replacement under house. Cleaning caused other blockages downstream. Rag placed in pipe to stop further blockages was sucked into pipe and took 1+ hr to retrieve. Ultimately replaced cleaned out pipe

Approximate cost: $5500

Thanks Bryan, appreciate your feedback. Sorry to hear the rag we used to solve one problem created another. As every drain clearing job is different our team often have to think on their feet, using innovative methods to clear often complex drain systems. Glad we got a result for you, but recognise we need to strive to do better next time.

Very impressive, I've had a problem for many years with our main sewer line blocking up on a very regular basis, Numerous plumbers, some not being even able to clear the blockage, I called the drain man out of desperation, he located the pipes and found Inspection openings I never knew existed, High pressure cleaned the pipes and Video inspected the pipes of any damage.
Highly professional, Efficient, knowledgeable, on time and they keep you informed at what I call a comparative price for services offered.
I won't waste my time with anyone else should I have a recurrent problem.

Approximate cost: $360

Repair and resleeving of storm water and sewerage drains that had not been able to be repaired by other plumbers over many years owing to faulty workmanship and non perseverance to carry out a proffessional and satisfactory job. The Drain Man has the best employees who make sure the job is done properly and he should be proud of their attitude to their work.

Thanks Michael for your very positive comments. We passed them on to the team at one of our weekly meetings as they always enjoy getting feedback. We are proud of the dedication and commitment of all our plumbers who never like to walk away from any job, no matter how tough! Its one of things that stands us apart from ordinary plumbers.

Identified the cause, then cleared a blocked sewerage drain of "foreign items" and offending tree roots. Friendly and accommodating, efficient and matter-of-fact. Provided clear instructions via pen and paper and video on how to prevent the problem again, but also offered to come back to manage for us. Would always call them instead of a conventional plumber for a blocked drain.

Approximate cost: $396

Thank you Waldi. We love to hear from customers who appreciate us taking the time to explain everything to them. That's why we always put a camera down the drain, so you can see what we see and can understand exactly what we are trying to do for you. And yes it's a good idea to get us back regularly to check your drains, if you have had tree roots in them as they will always grow back. The long term solution is to get your drain relined of course as this will prevent the roots getting in again.
