I like this one because it has nice seating outdoors and it's very family friendly. The food here is very reasonable and delicious including the pizza, the steak, the burger and their soup. Have come to this one a couple of times, so have tried various things.
Usually we go to one of the traditional German pubs, but if we ever want something different, then this one usually comes to mind first.

Lovely place to eat in the centre of Hahndorf. Plenty of seating outside but inside is very pleasant also. Friendly waiting staff though the few times I've been, the cashiers have been quite gruff! Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Great coffee too. I'd recommend this place.

Have been here twice now, my most recent was a friends birthday get together. I have to say their pizzas are fabulous, absolutely delicious and I have to say the same about their steak, cooked to perfection. Very reasonable portions and very nicely presented. I think their prices are a bit high compared to other restaurants, but the food is worth it - for special occasions. The dining area is reasonably sized with a friendly atmosphere. My only complaint is that the service has been very slow both times I have been here. So it you don't mind waiting a bit longer than usual for your meal - which you will enjoy, I would suggest you give them a go!

Dined here recently we enjoyed sitting out the front for our meal as we had kids with us and was a bit more room, we got pizza's and every one at the table was very impressed with them.

Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, food is nice, although disappointed once, with a curry dish. But we still went back as overall it is good, you can ask to sit where you like, but I don't think they like you asking that much. The service has been a bit slow a couple of times.

I visited The Haus for the first time a week or so ago with a friend. Hahndorf already has a great, welcoming atmosphere and this is one of the restaurants that adds to the buzz of the area. The waiters were polite, friendly and efficient and the layout is lovely and spacious. We had the pizza and it both looked and tasted great. Would recommend this place for any occasion!

my friends had the atlantic salmon which looked and was a little dry, I had the prime fillet steak with balsamic mushrooms, portobello mushrooms and sliced baked potatoes with condiments from Beerenberg Farm. There was plenty of sauce. I ordered medium and was too pink for my tastes and with try for medium well next time but overall one of the better meals I have eaten. Unfortunately because you are in Hahndorf, expect to pay higher than normal prices but well worth it if you are taking a short holiday from city life.

Probably the funkiest little place in Hahndorf. We just had coffee here but I would like to go back for coffee. Great inside and outside table areas, excellent service (although our waitress was a little flustered but it was a public holiday). Coffee was good.

Had brekky here this morning; service was awesome! Nothing vegan on the menu, so waiter happy to customise my order...really impressed with this. Bookings probably useful as they hardly had a table free early on a Sunday morning! Generous servings too.

Even with the huge range and variety of restaurants along the strip in Hahndorf, I seem to keep coming back here. The staff are plentiful and have only come across really friendly and helpful staff. They are child friendly! Yay! I keep getting the Hause Angus beef Pie. Great wine list. Great during any weather too
