Completely butchered

mid last year (2022) I had come in with a family member to see if there was an issue with my PC because it would just randomly shut down and make the fan spin like crazy, refusing to boot up. it had done this since I got it back in 2018 and it had gotten to the point where it would refuse to turn on for months at a time. after I took it in, the PC man said it was the GPU, so he replaced it but the problem persisted so I decided to do research instead. after a good 10 minutes of self diagnosing I discovered that the power supply was faulty. thought not even a month after the PC Man serviced my PC, it's bricked. it won't boot up, it won't detect windows, nothing. I have no idea what happened to it, nor have I downloaded anything onto it after I took it in, plus I have Norton antivirus so I doubt I downloaded any malware. I don't know how technical stuff works with fixing computers, so I have no idea how a professional managed to (possibly) brick my computer and charge me $75 dollars for it. if I can't trust a professional with my computer, then who do I trust? I don't know what to do and it's been a year since his incident occurred, my PC is sitting on my desk unusable ever since. I was told this place could be trusted with my devices but I was horribly wrong. this pc that costed me 2k has been reduced to a decoration. i can't access my data either. I should have just learned how to fix my pc and did it myself, I regret going to the closest person and blindly trusting them because they have a PC fixing business. to anyone reading this, please do your research before trusting a business with your personal devices and don't only listen to word of mouth, even if it's from friends family. have multiple sources for your research, don't do what I did.

Had an issue with a tablet that I put in there for repair. He replaced the battery but I noted there was a further problem with a button (not there prior). He wouldn't even discuss the matter, became aggressive and unreasonable.

Interesting perspective, the lady in question had brought at least 3 power cords for this tablet from e-bay. none worked was yelling in my shop that she is sick of paying money for the tablet. Did not purchase from me. battery was in the back of the tablet not on the side where it is claimed that is was working before. I have a lot of people with little understanding of computers, but all claim they no more than me. Was quoted $100 for the repair, tried to make me fix another problem for nothing refused to pay, i said I would keep the tablet son said it was already a problem with the button and then it was paid for. funny how these people do not put the full facts online or put their names.

I stand by my comment. Please see other review posted by someone else for this business. Anger management issues if one dares to question anything.

True there was an issue with the battery on the tablet, the battery was ordered and replaced. Took three weeks for payment and we had no choice to wait as the lady had to send back and get her charger replaced that she had purchased elsewhere.

Button problem was on the side, the other technician took the tablet apart just to show the work we had done and how we did it, the battery was on the back and the battery panel was on the back. Did not touch the side as it was rubberized with rubberized buttons. The problem was there previously and the son confirmed it was.

The matter was discussed over and over the lady would not listen, the other technician had already complained that the lady was yelling and complaining about having spent lots of money already on chargers, 3 in total, we were more than reasonable, waiting for money on something we fixed three weeks prior, dealing with a customer that was aggressive and unreasonable.
