A true "dental phobe" I have avoided the dentist for many years due to awful experiences as a child. Andre and the staff were so wonderful. I was put at ease from my first contact over the phone and that continued through my consultation. Andre spent time chatting with me before even looking at my teeth and I started to feel more calm than I thought possible. In consultation with Andre we decided the best way to manage my fear for my first fairly major procedure and I am confident that in future I should be able to manage with gas and local. Cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough! Need more than 5 stars!!

I cannot speak more highly about the team at the Smile Place in Mt Eliza and I offer them an excellent rating and strongly recommend them to anyone.

Having not gone to the Dentist for over 20 years I was very concerned it was going to be a costly exercise. However Rob was quick to reassure me things were not that bad and he only focused on work that was urgent and gave me a plan to do other non urgent work over a longer period of time making it very cost effective for me.

We took our 18month old daughter for a check up and we were so impressed with the way Rob was with our daughter - she actually enjoyed going to the dentist!

I also had some professional whitening done with Nat and the result is fantastic. I didn't want to have glow in the dark teeth and Nat quickly reassured me and the result has been so impressive and it looks so natural that after a few weeks only 1 person has actually noticed (despite them looking much whiter to me and my wife!). I highly recommend seeing a whitening professional such as Nat from the Smile Place - its worth it (and not that much dearer as I got most back from my private health insurance).

I have been seeing Dr Rob Taylor at The Smile Place for many years. I have never had a bad experience. The practice is always immaculately clean and professionally presented, the staff are fantasic and very helpful. Dr Rob is incredibly gentle. Overall a great dental practice that provides top quality dental care. Highly recommended!

Simply make the move to this outstanding dental practice, Julie Pham was without doubt the most professional, helpful,gentle and reassuring I have ever experienced in 70 years. I simply cannot be negative on any level. Truly worth that little extra. Highly recommended to all who fear the dentist.

My experiences with Julie were wonderful to say the least. I had been walking around for about 2 years with a sensitive tooth but had decided enough was enough, get it out. I hardly felt the injections and before I knew it the tooth was out. Felt great the next day and was back to my normal sparkling self by the next. Thanks Julie and staff......Cp.

Amazing dental practice. Doesn't feel like a dentist at all (or not one I've ever been to). Andre is incredible! He explains everything he is going to and is gentle, calm and professional at all times. I would not go anywhere else! !!

Found this place through a friend and am so glad I did. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Dr. Rob Taylor is very gentle and explains everything as he goes. My experience has been pain free and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It is in a beautifully renovated, cosy cottage too.

Being fairly new to this area, I looked up womo for a dentist closeby and chose The Smile Place because of the excellent reviews. Well the great reviews were not overstated. I saw Dr Rob Taylor for this checkup visit and luckily nothing needed to be done, but he is incredibly kind and gentle, and was super apologetic for keeping me waiting (which was really only a few minutes).

The clinic has a lovely vibe and they obviously have a wonderful team of genuinely caring people. I honestly could not recommend the practise highly enough.
