This is a lovely cafe with views to the street, a few tables outside and also a lovely garden at the back. It is really chilled out and quiet and does delicious drinks and food. It is a little pricey for some things on the menu but it is worth it for the quaintness.

I have always heard about the famous "Three Monkeys", and now I have finally tried myself, and I have to say it matches its fame. If you are looking for something different with your everyday coffee shop routine, this is the place to be. Cakes and drinks are just FAB. Service is a little bit slow, and less organized, maybe just because you are busy all the time, but it doesn't bored me. Chai latte is the best, as everyone knows.

The atmosphere at The Three Monkeys is amazing. Lovely little secretive nooks, great coffee, and I am a huge fan of the haloumi plate. I am told that the Chai in a bowl is perfection (not really a Chai person myself). Great for either starting or ending a night out in West End or the city.

Three Monkeys really needs no introduction. A Brisbane institution, this place is simply fabulous, and probably the city's worst kept secret as I'm pretty sure everyone knows about it. While they do meals here as well, my guess is that most come for the coffee and cake for which "Monkeys" is renowned. Always a mouth-watering selection in the display cabinet, choosing just one will be the hardest thing you do all day. And if you order chai latte, you will be served a bowl of it. Literally. And it's delicious! The atmosphere of this cafe is also one of the things that makes it special - inside is cosy and relaxed with beautiful decor, or there's also the lovely garden area out the back. Decisions, decisions. So many great reasons to visit. Just be warned that at peak times it can get pretty busy!

Consistently good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Interior design, art work, menus and friendly staff all help create a warm atmosphere. The style of Three Monkeys feels like it has evolved naturally which is in stark contrast to the many stylistically contrived cafes in West End.

I love the atmopshere at Three Monkies-definitely one of the best in Brisbane. The outside area is gorgeous just to sit and relax. You never feel pressued by staff to move along quickly or hurry up, which is nice. The menu doesn't have the widest variety but they make a mean milkshakre and have nice cakes and sweets.
