Positive Feedback to Transcorp Removals Management

For such a large Job that required 4 removal men and 2 truck plus packing ladies to valet packing and the valet unpacking over 200 boxes the service provided was outstanding.

The removal team went above and beyond to please and even connected the washing machine and some electrical items to help make settling in easier for me.

The removal team was great natured and nothing was too much trouble.

Massive thumbs up for Transcorp Removals and strongly recommend their service.

Thanks for turning something that would normally be stressful into something that was easy and we even had some laughs.

The most unprofessional business l have ever dealt with, our interstate move was a disaster from start to finish. Truck hrs late, promptly got bogged in drain, refused to ring tow truck, so we had to dig him out, one man to move entire house, so we had to help him, 2nd truck never arrived, all this time no phone calls from Transcorp to advise us on what was going on, and were extremely rude when told of all the problems we were experiencing. No better at the other end! Waited the whole day at our new house with my 87 yr old father after a 3 day drive to Qld ,l rang Transcorp to see where the truck was, only to be told it was held up and wouldnt arrive until sometime the next day!!!! Missing boxes, broken furniture, more phone calls, Transcorps response, couldnt give a damn! This company was quick to take our money, but the service was absolutely atrocious. If l could give them a minus score l definately would!
