We had 26 panels installed with a 5 kwatt inverter. The installers were very good, turning up even earlier than we were expecting, and explaining what they were doing through the day. . We decided to install a large system to save on our horrendous power bills. I would recommend this company to anyone as the staff were exceptionally efficient, left our backyard completely tidy and took time to take us through each aspect of the system. Since then we have had phone calls from the company checking up that all has been completed and letting us know when the government inspector was coming etc. Highly recommended.

I purchaced a 2.2 KW System with a 4.2KW inverter. I was Given Geoff Rayner through word of mouth. I was Not fussed, but thought i would give them a go, as i had talked to a couple of other companys who were just Buisness like. Geoff was great, he asked questions, talked me throught what he recommended and why, and what system would suit me applications and how far it could be upgraded. Geoff was in touch with me, and answered any questions either via Email or over the phone. While i was waiting for the installers to come, i was kept in the loop. When the installers turned up (on the day and time that they said they would) They were great communicators, Told me what they were going, and asked questions of how and where i would like things to go and if there were any thing i asked them, they answered me promptly. Even gave me a few ideas that i had not even thought of for future installations that would same me money, now, now good is that!

I would reccommend them to anyone, and already have. My Neigbours went with another business, I am just glad i went with True Value Solar, There was No Comparisson. I give them full points.

True Value Solar installed at 1.5 KW solar system on house they were great because
1) They were cheaper by about $999.99 than any other company.
2) They made buying, installation and paying for their product very easy.
3) The installation was very quick only three hours. (the installation crew turned up on time and finished when they said they would.)

With the cost of electricity and living going up, up, up we thought it was time to add a solar system to our home. True Value Solar lived up to their name as they were far and away the best value system we found. We had a 10 panel system installed with an expandable inverter (you can add more panels later if your elec costs rise). Everything went smoothly from day one - paperwork, payment and communication handled efficiently by TVSolar. The install happened on the day and time booked by a friendly team who installed the system for max efficiency and also explained what we needed to know about how it worked. What REALLY impressed us tho was that TVSolar staff called us on install day just to check if everything was going well and if we had any questions. They also did this again several times in the weeks after install - we had seriously NEVER had that kind of attention and professionalism from any other service provider. I'd recommend solar generally and going with TVSolar to anyone thinking of doing it. After sales service particularly impressive.

had a 3kW installed on my place in Bendigo. Sales person was great to talk with, and they were considerably cheaper than most that I could find.

I found them because they sponsor the Bendigo Bombers - but when I called it seems they also sponsor Essendon. This sealed the deal for me because I knew I could always email Essendon if they did something wrong. I need not worry though - the process was hassle free. Sales said install would be 6-8 weeks and it was right on 6 weeks, and the system is now ticking over and the output is ramping up toward summer.

Looking forward to the output, the savings and will definitely use these guys again if I move house or upgrade.

The experience was great, short installation timeline, fantastic value for money. From what I could research they are the largest nationally so they must be doing something right, it gives me a little more comfort in warranty issues also. I installed a 12 panel system.

After seeing the ad on TV we decided on this company as they looked like good value. We entered into the contract in Jan 2011 and they were fairly prompt in turning up. Unfortunately the contractors could not install the panels due to rain but the final payment was paid on the second attempt. Over 3 weeks passed without a word and then they turned up unannounced to finally install the panels. Lucky I was home as they couldn't have installed them if I was out. After countless phone calls and emails they still can't tell us when it will be finalized. It has taken nearly 4 months and we can't use our solar panels. Also when checking out the categories to write this review I noticed that the company State solar services had the exact same address as True Value Solar so I am wondering if they are linked in some way.

Getting Solar panels put on my roof, turned out to be a longish process. This company has good guarantee and good quality panels. Their price is the best I found, after many hours and phone calls. The people who installed the panels were efficient and professional, but they were contractors.
I am very happy with my panels.
The only annoying bit was all the phone calls back and forth to get job organized (no face to face contact)
