This is the second time we have used V custom blinds and once again the customer service from Stratos was "second to none". This time we ordered a blind for a small skylight. The service was excellent and delivery was prompt. We were informed along the way (even though it was over the Christmas/New Year Holiday period). The materials used in the blinds are clearly of a very high quality and equal to some of the best / well known large company brands on the market.
