I needed a home loan but had been told by my current lender I couldn't borrow the amount I needed. I'm very careful with my sums/budget and knew I could easily afford to pay back the amount I needed. Vision was able to determine my maximum borrowing amount to secure the loan that I needed and I didn't have to do anything which is good because I don't understand these things. A few phone calls and emails and they took care of everything and ALWAYS kept me informed. My conveyancer was also in shock about how good they were. She said, she's been in the business 20 yrs and has NEVER had a broker or lender get things done the way they did, she couldn't believe it, said they made her job easy for once! Also, the post support with phone calls checking to see I'm OK with everything and even little pressies, so cute, definitely made me feel like I was important to them. Also, they're in Melbourne and I'm in Sydney but it didn't matter in the slightest except I coudln't thank them in person. Wish I knew someone needing a loan so I could refer them!

Nicole & her team at Vision Finance set up a loan structure enabling us to commence the creation of an investment property portfolio. The loan for the first property purchased and subsequent loan for a second property to be purchased have now been secured. We now await build completion of the first property.

I would not have got it with out them.
The place i purchased did not settle until a year later due to the building permits and they were behind me all the way.
They kept me up to date with the progress of the loan and organised everything for me so i didnt have to worry about a thing.

VISION was recommended to us through close friends. As soon as we began to deal with VISION we felt that they were looking for the right loan package/s for OUR circumstances.
