Having bought and sold 3 properties now with the financial guidance of Katrina and the team at Vision Finance Australia, I can very confidently say that this step is a MUST in any persons buying or selling plan.

Before I even list my property, I always organise a meeting with Katrina where she goes through a Sell then Buy document. This outlines all the figures involved with the process from start to finish, so there are no surprises, and you know exactly how much you are dealing with. This gives you a clear view of your budget right from the start, and a great sense of confidence to be looking at properties in the right price bracket.

Katrina has always recommends arranging a pre-approval with the best suited financial product, which means you are ready to go as soon as you find something you like. This preparation was so helpful to me as I listed my property, had an offer, and made an offer on my new house all within 2 weeks! This would not have been possible and I would have missed out had it not been for the forward thinking processes at Vision.

Aside from this, the entire team are very knowledgeable, professional, warm, friendly and always available to answer any questions you have throughout the process no matter how big or small. And if they don’t know, they very promptly find out and get back to you.

The ongoing follow up is also an amazing part of the Vision structure and even years after a transaction has been completed, you will have some form of touching base to ensure everything is running smoothly. I have regularly had Katrina touch base with a better product that can save me money, so you are always front of mind.
