I saw Fiona after breaking my leg, and she was brilliant. Friendly, patient and very helpful in explaining my options and recovery process. I've since made a full recovery, and credit this to Fiona and Viva - very, very happy!

I have seen the physios at Viva for 2 separate injuries -
one for a bad neck and another for a twisted ankle. I have had great experiences both times!

Really happy with the service all-round. I went for some running issues (when training for my marathon.) The location was very convenient and I also liked it how you could book online.

I have been going here for years, so thought it was about time I gave them a rating on WOMO. Very talented and qualified team. Consistently they have made the correct diagnosis and created realistic treatment plans for me. I have used them for a knee reconstruction (pre-hab and rehab), neck and back issues, etc. Easy location, caring team, super service. Wish I was healthy all the time, but I know where I'll go if I need help. Well done Kathryn and Bede!

I am a typical amateur AFL player with niggly injuries (hammy, ankle sprain, etc). I saw Fiona at Viva Physio in the off season to try and get rid of my niggles. I did a couple of hands-on sessions, had a crack on the Reformer and Trapeze in their new Pilates studio (good fun!) and then got an exercise program. It's now 8 games into the season and I haven't had any injuries. I highly recommend Viva to all the footy players out there who are sick of pulling up sore after games.

Kathryn is an extraordinary talent in her field. She is meticulous in taking a history and skilled in diagnosing the causes of various signs and symptoms. I am pain free for the first time in many years, and very grateful I found Viva.

I am in the health care profession myself and am new to the area. When I had a bike crash I was in desperate need of evaluation and treatment and I had no idea where to go. Based on the reviews on this website, I called Viva. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding and was able to get me in to be seen right away. I worked with Bede, who was professional, thorough, respectful, and most importantly, on his game! Bede knows his "stuff" and I would recommend him to anyone with an orthopedic injury who is in need of physiotherapy.

I went to see Bede at Viva Physiotherapy because a friend told me that he is an expert in sports physio and especially looking after rugby players. He sorted out my neck injury in a few sessions so I really recommend him to any other battling rugby players out there. I also went back for a sports massage after my injury was fixed and it made a massive difference to how I pulled up after the game.
