I love this service. The only thing that "bugs" me is that MultiBuys are not available for shopping online, and I believe they should be! (eg 3 xx for $10) There have been multiple times where products are not available, and this can be quite frustrating. Perhaps an email giving you enough time to request another brand option would be great! Otherwise, very happy with the service and delivery. Food always in good condition, and fresh food is fresh.

I have tried the various supermarkets online shopping services and have found Woolworths to be the best by far. The website is easy to navigate around and they deliver on time with packaging included in the price. In stark contrast to other supermarkets, I have found all orders have been correct with no mistakes as to brands or quantities. Delivery drivers are pleasant and competent too.
