I tried Wolworth Online and I loved how you can make little notes in the checkout for the person that shops for you, I found that to be really handy.

The delivery person was very polite and fast with unpacking.

I was dissapointed with the quality of the fruit and carrots, the carrots had slimy dark spots and needed throwing out the next day, the mandarines also had dark rotting spots and 5 of them had to be thrown out there were about 11 in the bag so almost half were thrown out, the grapes had alot of rotten and moldy grapes in the bag and they smelled bad.

How ever when I phoned them they were wonderful and most appologetic, I got my money back for all the produce that I was not happy with.

So the bottom line is that I would use them again, as the bad produce may have been one of those things. But I was just so happy with the friendlyness that I would give them another try.

That's quite surprising that they send those bad quality products. It's good that they respond to your complain really well. Is there any minimum amount with the online shopping?

Convenience!
Rain or shine, just a few clicks... All the stuff u need at your doorstep within 12 hours.
Just a few instances where deliveries came earlier than the time frame we requested. Few broken eggs, but they refund or replace

Love the order now and the guys just deliver it when it suits me - this states Vic but thats the main co. where the invoices come from - delivery happens everwhere so chk online to see if they deliver to you - we always get free delivery as we order too much!! but we are always taken care of and the delivery guys are funny. Thank you woolworths online for making a working mums life just that much easier!!

Ordering groceries online and having them delivered is so convenient, although it does take a while to go through the site finding the products that you want to order. I usually just use a master list of my previous orders to choose from now. I have ordered many times and they have only been late with the delivery on one of those occasions.

Made shopping very easy & stress free. I can find specials & see the savings while I shop. Staff helpful when I collected, in & out of shop in 15 minutes! Produce lovely and items all there. So much easier than shopping in store on my days off & no cost to collect from store.

Yes, it was great to have very good quality goods delivered to the door. I don't drive, so this was an advantage. Also not being tempted by buying what was not on my list. However, the delivery driver was a bit too friendly, and always wanted a chat and a drink, etc. I have cancelled the deliveries.

Very helpful service, plenty to browse though. Sometimes a small fee is given to items, although this isn't a concern when you're trying to save time without leaving the house.

It was easy and convenient only issues I had was that some items were more expensive online then they are in store and that the delivery driver needs to learn how to smile and wear deodorant,apart from that I had no issues.
