Delivery was fast. Had to ask for confirmation email and tracking number but apart from that they were helpful. No damaged items. The bed is pretty much what it looks like. Just a bit darker and depending on what size mattress u get depends on how much the headboard comes out. It only took about 2.5 hours to put together with someone else. Instructions were pretty easy to follow. Gas lift feature works very well and it was so easy to install. Over all fantastic product.

NEVER BUY FROM ZANUI!!!
Especially big items that cost way too much to deliver. False advertising on their website regarding colour and not enough details information of the product in description cost me a table lamp that was delivered and not what I had ordered. Customer services refused to budge and kept giving me a round about excuse that it was my pc that was showing a different colour (even though the same colour shows up on different devices I used) and then they changed their excuse to say that the fabric roll has different shades and hand painted items are always different etc. I was able to return on a change of mind only but I would have to forfeit the delivery fee back and a 5 % restocking fee which ultimately would cost the same as purchasing another lamp in a store. DON'T BOTHER - YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. They are just after the money and once they have it, they don't care further. I will never give them another cent

Bought a bed from here. Bed was under 3 years old when we tried to take it apart. All but 2 of the plastic end caps for the slats broke. When I contacted the company they said that there was only a 1 year warranty. Don't buy this bed if you plan to move it!! Was told this is general wear and tear - but really, 1 move and under 3 years old is pretty poor quality to me!!

Their products are great, but they employ Fastway / Aramax couriers to deliver their stock. And boy it can take close to 4 weeks to get from one State to another.
They are the worst courier company in the country. I’ve had problems with this company many times, and if I knew they were using Fastway / Aramax, I would never have bought from them!!
Don’t shop here until their courier company is sacked or you’ll regret it!

I ordered a TV unite from them on the 7th July. It said, that it leaves warehouse in 1-2 days. So I asked customer care the next day to know if it was dispatched or not. They gave me a tracking number and said that it has been dispatched. A day goes by and I still can't track it and its not updated on their website either. I ask again and they give me the same answer. On the third time, they apologize and say that there has been a mistake and they "accidentally" marked it as dispatched but it is still in the warehouse and they need 1-2 days to contact the supplier and get things right. I contacted customer support the next day and they gave me the tracking number again. They had absolutely no clue that it is not dispatched. When I explained them the issue, they replied with "I do not want to misguide you. I will contact the supplier and email you the updates in 1-2 days." By this time, the previous guys who "figured out" the problem sent me the exact same email saying that he need 1-2 days to contact the supplier, even though it has been 2 days already. So, I contacted the customer support for the next 3 days and every time they ad the same answer "I do not want to misguide you. I will contact the supplier and email you the updates in 1-2 days." but they never do get back to you. So, I got furious and asked for my money back, they said that they can't do it because it is already dispatched. Which makes absolutely no sense as this whole issue occurred BECAUSE hey forgot to dispatch it. I did not want their product and requested over and over to cancel the order and they said that they lodged one but they can't guarantee it and they will let me know within 1-2 days. That was 3 days ago. I have had no updates from them so I contacted them to know about my refund. And you know what they said? That my product is in transit and gave me the dud tracking number again. When explained the whole situation, they replied with the usual "we need 1-2 days to get back to you" What in the world is wrong with this company? Do they have no records? I feel like they are just scammers. It has been 14 days and they have absolutely no idea where my product is, all they do is ask for 1-2 days to get back to you but they never do. And they next time you ask for an update the circle starts all over again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

SADLY, it looks like we are having a similar experience to Maria. My husband mistakenly ordered a coffee table online. We have been told to send it back when it arrives but this will cost over $100 as we live in Perth. To date we have not been able to track our coffee table online. We will be over $200 out of pocket in delivery costs for something we didn’t want. It is going to be too big for our yard.
I will never use this company again and doubt I will online shop again for big items.
The coffee table was advertised in such a way we believed we were buying a lounge setting.
I am supremely disappointed. I would rather have spent this money helping my extremely ill daughter in hospital.

We purchase an entertainment unit online from Zanui, based on the design and height (a low unit). They then delay shipping a few days for a random verification check - they said as online retailer they need to do this and transferred a few cents into our account. We spoke to customer service and they said this was successful and the goods would be processed. Based off this, and that the electrician was already booked in, we mounted the TV according the specification of the TV unit being shipped. Zanui then a week after the order was paid, that the goods are not in stock, and is now discontinued and cannot be supplied - ever.

When I requested that I speak to someone higher than the customer manager they said no, and I offered my number for their manager to call me and the response was it is very unlikely they will call as it is not their policy.

I bought two of the Orlando Shag rugs from Zanui online. They are such high quality and beautiful and plush. Great colour. Zanui were really fast to ship, have really good sales and a really big range of products. I am planning on buying from them more. Highly recommend.
