I've been enjoying yoga with Karen for more than 5 years and my time spent in the beautiful, serene studio is always a highlight of my week. The classes mix classical yoga with mindfulness and Karen uses her deep knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to enhance our experience and ensure that we take our practice into our lives. The small classes mean that we all feel known and can feel comfortable to work at our own pace; there is always space for challenging yourself or taking care of yourself- whatever the moment requires.
