Dave has looked after my car and my children's cars for a long time now and is always really helpful and goes the second mile. He never complains and makes suggestions on how to improve your driving experience. He will even check out prospective car purchases for you if you want him to. All-round a very helpful, service orientated person.

I collected my sons car from the smash repair shop and the dash lights started to flicker intermittently. I went back to the smash shop but they couldn't fix the problem. At home I couldn't start the car and called NRMA roadside assistance. The mechanic came in about 20 minutes and found a loose earth wire in about another 5 minutes. Even though it was my sons car I was surprised how worried I was about the car catching fire from a short. The mechanic was fantastic and so is the NRMA.

I have just bought a new car, October '12. I went to the Penrith office of the NRMA on 3 different occasions and each time I received great service. The last time the lady noticed that my sisters car cover was only 'Market Value' and suggested I bring her in and change it to 'Agreed Value'. She also said she would try to improve my sisters whole setup. What more can I say about them???
