Kim from House of Health and Fitness offered a free introductory training session to see if I liked her style of training. I loved it! We did a mix of strength training and cardio and I felt great afterwards. She pushed me beyond my usual limits. I have now started training twice weekly with Kim - one strength session and one cardio session, which includes boxing. I can feel my strength and fitness improving all the time. Kim is a great motivator and understands the body really well. Highly recommended!
Caz from Me Time Training is an awesome Personal Trainer! Before we started she checked out my injury status and tailored everything around that. We started out slow with a warm up and gradually worked up the pace so I wasn't exhausted early on in the session. We did stretching, boxing, core strength and lots of excercises designed for someone who works on a computer a lot. I loved training outside in the fresh air with music and sunshine. I feel great!
