It's an online service, so you do the research, comparisons and make the selection. For me, it was not a good experience.
I selected a laptop, specially because I wanted Windows7, and because I was looking for something with i5 core.

Made the selection, paid the money, because you have to do this, to get it shipped, and then found out that the one I selected was not available. Ok, I thought, it happens, so they suggested an alternative. It looked good, but was not available, so another selection, but only came with windows8, so I said no. Nearly 2 weeks later, a final suggestion and its really good. With everything I wanted. I got it a week later.

The poor lady running the logistics, was very apologetic, run off her feet, down on staff, and I was told she was 6months pregnant. How do people run a business like that?
Credos to her, for her persistence, for keeping me up to date.

All I can say is please check the availability of your selection first.

We were greeted and shown to a table, given our menus and plenty of time to make choices. The service ok, not over the top. No coffee after, as the machine was broken, but the food was delicious

John, is focussed on finding the right prescription for your eyes. He is very thorough, personable and professional. I have been buying my glasses there for about 10 years now. I always get back nearly 70 percent of my costs back through my health fund. He never overcharges.
