Nothing is too much trouble, even when you go back with a 'problem' that some other business has caused. They've fitted towbars/tortkoln bars etc to our all our vehicles since 1994 & they still cheerfully rectify 'faults' that have arisen from use & weather with our towing lume three years after they installed it. Mind you, we have towed the van to Perth, Brisbane & most places in between in that same time.

I've relied on Roger (the Prop) to do all our watch & Jewellery repairs for over ten years. He has even shown me why I shouldn't waste my money repairing some items that were 'past it'. Can even rely on him for an 'immediate' repair if it's something that I urgently need. P.S. the price of repairs is always reasonable.

We've earnestly supported this fledgling luncheon cafe since it's opening last year. The proprietor's heatt's in the right place, the menu is workman like and serving sizes are large. We've given up because the time between ordering the burger and actually getting your teeth into it is just tooo long. The wait isn't helped by locating the cooking process in a separate kitchen

We got onto Kev's Building Maintenance when we needed some internal door modifications through the HAC Program. Because I have a heart condition it had been suggested that our Toilet and Bathroom doors should be rehung in order that they both opened into the passageway rather than into the rather confined areas of toilet and bathroom. Think about it, it's not easy. We were very satisfied with the final result. It's a real hoot when visitors quite literally walk into those those two doors that open differently to every other door in the house.

We first utilised Do Duck In's catering because they were 'convenient and their staff was friendly and suppolied what we asked for. Now we utilise then because they're prepared to make suggestions that have made our regular internal catered staff events much more palatable to our staff. The organisation's a lot easier too.

Ted's explanation of the causal factors of my problem was done in a way that we could easily understand and accept. He described what he intended to do and left us both satisfied and confident of the outcome. My recovery from the 'day-surgery' CTS procedure was totally pain-free and I suffered minimal inconvenience. The only discomfort was experienced during removal of the sutures two weeks later.

My spouse wanted a 'larger' handbag with very specific capabilities to conveniently & securely carry an awkward keyring & keys, an insulin+dependant diabetic's paraphernalia and the obligatory mobile. She's still very happy with the bag.

He's a competent qualified jobbing electrician who we've found to be available outside of 'normal' hours. We've utilised his services at my daughter's place because of his availablilty, and telephone quotes which have been very reasonable. We've had no complaints with the quality of his work or the way he cleans up his work sites.

We've purchased many of Doug's home crafted unique woodwork items for our own personal use and as gifts for people that we care about. Not surprisingly many other commissions have been generated once their friends see our gifts.

Torok Electrical have, over a period of several years, modernised our ETSA connedtion, installed power/lighting to minor extensions and undertaken miscellaneous electrical equipment repairs. we've found that they've often been beaten on 'initial' quotations, but never on a fully detailed and completed job
