Staff were very efficient and discovered that I am squinting when using both the computer even when zoomed to 110% and when watching TV. I can't have bifocals I have to have a prism because of floating vision in my left eye and it makes the lenses too thick and they rub against my eyelashes. I chose more expensive frames because I constantly take them off and put them back on.

The Tailem Bend Hospital is no longer predominantly a hospital.
A relative of mine who had gall bladder surgery had to go to Meningie Hospital for her surgery and I know of tohers in the area who have too. Tailem Bend is closer.
Cousins of my Mum's have been "residents" there, one elderly lady immobilised by severe arthritis and the other as Palliative Care. Once when we called in there there was a young girl there who has having her hand checked and re-bandaged regularly otherwise she would have been home. From what the staff said I think she was there because she lived on a farming property too far away to be taken for the preventative treatment every day.
The above review that the Dr. took an hour to get there. The Doctor would have come from another town so it may have been an hour before he was able to get there.
The Reception staff are very helpful and defintiely have some meidcal knowledge. The Clinical Nurses are very efficient. You can get appts. reasonably quickly, more so if you are sick. They bulk bill pensioners and health card holders. You have a wide choice of Doctors.
My brother had tests and knee replacement surgery at Sportsmed a few years ago. He received excellent care for and following the procedure. In actual fact he can bend his knee more than most of other patients can.
Not only was the food fantastic so was the accomodation. The staff were friendly and took my order promptly. There was 2 birthday parties there that night who arrived before I did. They had obviously pre-booked their tables. Considering the number of people there I received my delicious piping hot meal fairly quickly. It was during Octoberfest which is probably their busiest time of year too.

I recently upgraded my Contents INsurance with them to include damage to floor coverings and some other things because I live in a Retirement Village which didn't include Accidental Damage cover in its Building Insurance so as to save money. APIA staff were very helpful and explained the legal aspects as to what I could legally cover that could be covered by Building Insurance. I will list the estimated difference in price below.

We went as a group for lunchand we prebooked. We waited longer than usual for our meals and the vegetables were only lukewarm at 12.30 and also later at about 1.00. My schnitzel has overcooked. In the past we have always had good meals.

I have a friend who has Coelic Disease and can only gluten free food. Most Takeaway places refuse to prepare food for him even if he supplies his own roll. MacDonalds at Munno Para willingly do so. One other Burger take-away will use extra patties instead of a bread roll but they "kill" the flavours of the other contents.
7 of us went there for dinner on a cold wintery night. There were quite a other people there. The food was hot and tasty. Service was prompt. The staff were friendly. When the baby was sick they had no hesitation in offering assistance. THe vegetables were hot, not tepid temperature as happens in many hotels and restruants
Approximate cost: $11.00
I am surprised to hear of your bad service. The staff I have dealt with have been very helpful. I have waited awhile when they have been very busy serving in the fabric section. 1st time I forgot to take a no. which was a bit embarrassing. I recently bought great sheets on special -cotton rich KSB which can be very difficult to find if you don't want sets for 1/2 price as advertised
