Strategically located! Near all the scenic and shopping spots in Melbourne. Lots of cafes and restaurants near the complex. This hotel is advertised as a 5-star hotel, but actually hotel experience makes you think otherwise. The service doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard. The concierge is excellent, reception is poor, housekeeping is very poor, hotel facilities is good, room amenities is just ok. If you're looking for a great location, this hotel is a good choice. However, if you truly want to be in a 5-star class hotel, this is not the place to be. And one more word of caution, if you think you'll get a room with a view, forget it, as there is more chance you'll get a room with a view of the massive car park!

The first time I visited Dawsons Garden, I spent at least 2 hours, wowed with the numerous selections of plants! The roses section is spectacular, the choices are overwhelming - from a bush rose, climbing roses, trained shrub roses! They also have a great variety of fruit trees, both dwarf and standard. What more, there is a cafe in the middle of the garden paradise! Definitely a must-see garden!

Sawadee offers the best, authentic Pad Thai!! The Thai beef salad is also a must-try. The restaurant itself needs a little bit of upgrading, but that need gets overshadowed by the friendly, warm atmosphere that the staff and management provides.

Good food and drinks selections. Love their hand-made pasta, and pan-fried to perfection. Each Monday after 6pm, they offer pizzas at 50% their original price!

Menu is seasonal, great selection! The in-house "basil ice cream" is a must-try as well as the lime custard!
Love Nando's paella, it's a must try! the wraps are also great!
Hip interior, great for individual dining or groupies!
