Steph is an incredibly motivating and encouraging personal trainer! I love the variety and intensity of her sessions, and she always makes sure she tailors the exercises to each individuals fitness level and ability. She brings a fun and vibrant attitude to training, and helps keep you on track by monitoring individual fitness levels, and educating through knowledge & nutrition. Steph is currently helping me to achieve weight loss and fitness goals, and i couldn't be happier with my results so far!
