I recently took my engagement ring into xennox because the top stone had come loose. My ring didnt originally come from Xennox and the quality isnt the greatest, he told me it was only a matter of time before the diamond came out completely. He fixed it up by altering the ring to make the claws bigger and more secure. They did an amazing job and my ring has never looked better. He did such an amazing price deal on a few more things to make my ring look as good as new. Very happy with the service and my rings wont be going to any other jewellers again!
