We decided to have lunch out on Friday, and stopped here. I had the Surf and Turf which was excellant for $14.95, and the wife had a steak lunch special with mushrooms and chips for $9.95. We really enjoyed it, and plan to go back again. But, not on a Friday as it was packed. It did take a little while to get lunch too.

I was window shopping at Bluewater, and decided to take a look. I wasn't impressed by the shoes though. They were pretty much for the younger generation. I saw lots of colourful shoes, but none I'd wear! My wife told me it was aimed at the 20 to 30 year range. I have to agree. I won't be going back though.

This place is relatively new. I think it's a great idea for the area, and plan to keep going back. I found the prices were in line with a lot of other seafood markets, and enjoyed the feast on the eyes. I love seafood, and it's definitely a must see for people in the north of Brisbane to visit. This is the best butcher in Qld I reckon. He's always got fresh appetising meat, the prices are great, the service exceptional, and it's close to home. What more could a meat loving guy ask for besides a good cook!

I don't mind this butcher, but it seems that everything is pre-packaged when I want to buy something. I want a certain amount, but I always have to buy more than I need. I don't have an extra freezer, so I have limited room. I was happy with the quality though.

Have you ever just wanted to make your wife or partner happy by following them around stores etc? I did this with my wife, and was sceptical about the costs this store would offer. I was mostly right, but I didn't tell my wife that. I felt they had nice clothes, but thought value for money was not part of the cost. I don't know how people can afford wedding dresses etc when getting married these days. I was blown away by the prices of these.

Thought we'd try out this place as we have seen lots of ads for it. I thought it was expensive, and had way too much salad on my plate. I ordered seafood and was disappointed by the amount of real seafood I got for the price. I felt it was not good value for money in the end. I did enjoy what I got, but I won't be returning again. I felt a little let down to be honest!

I wasn't impressed by this store. I saw the ads on tv and expected good value. I was very disolusioned when I looked around. They didn't worry too much about the store layout, the smell or the costs for meat either. That's not what the ads said either!

Looking for new glasses, or getting them upgraded? This is the value capital of Brisbane. They have versatile frames, cheap prices, good quality lenses, and great customer service. I don't plan on going anywhere else since I found them. I have recommended them to a few residents, and the feedback from them is BRILLIANT!

This chemist is consistently good value. The staff are friendly and the bargians are real. Whenever we go to North Lakes we stop in for a browse, test the fragrances, or just search for bargains. I am never disappointed when I visit, and usually come out smelling nicer than when I went in. My wife swears by them.
