I cannot thank Shuchi & Eva from d'Italia enough. 6 months into engaging a local dressmaker I was let down when he said he couldn't proceed due to personal reasons and left me with material but no dress or even a complete design. A friend suggested d'Italia and from the moment I phoned and spoke to Shuchi she put my mind at rest and had everything planned within half an hour. An appointment the next day, material ordered and sourced at the first appointment, a dressmaker contacted and booked in and an appointment for her 2 days later and the designer at d'Italia was on hand to draw the design to suit my body and discuss variations.
I left with a bag with my design to take to the dressmaker and more importantly absolute confidence that I had struck it lucky when I met Shuchi. She assured me from the first point of contact that d'Italia and the team would make sure that they would do everything in their power to ensure my dress was ready in time. I only had 12 weeks to get my dress made. Nothing about the process with Shuchi was difficult. d'Italia had a huge range of material for me to choose from and with guidance from Shuchi the choice was perfect for my dress. The dressmaker that Shuchi suggested for me was so delightful and talented. Eva Tomala you are a magician with your hands and experience in making a design come to life. You will also now be my friend for life! Yes we are catching up for lunch. Again so re-assuring and you made everything so easy with my dress, my hobby's suit and the bridal party alterations. All within a 12 week timeframe. The team was so accommodating and professional and I would recommend to all future brides.
