Great little cafe to have an indulgent weekend brunch. I've never eaten anything I don't like there.
Sometimes it gets very crowded so go early if you don't want to miss out on a table.

I have used this pharmacy a lot for medicine and general questions about baby health. The pharmacists and staff are always really helpful and are happy to offer helpful advice even when you don't buy anything.
They also have a great range of products in store, such as gifts etc.

I visit this vet regularly with both my dogs and cat. I got all my pets desexed here as well as regular checkups and the other things that tend to pop up.
The staff are always really considerate of both my needs and my pets needs.

This is a great shop to visit if you're watching what you eat as they have plenty of healthy snacks, such as rice crackers etc.
The one in the city also has really nice carrot cake which is quite cheap (about $2.50 from memory).

This review is for Breadd, Hobart TAS

Breadd is a small sandwich bar two doors up from MBF, on the corner of Collins and Murray St.
It has a great selection of dips, sauces and fillings to create a delicious fresh sandwich. They have nice fresh pide and foccacia breads with various toppings including cheese and garlic, or chilli. They also do hot drinks and have a range of biscuits etc to have with your coffee, as well as hot filled turkish pides.

This pub is close to the CBD and Salamanca areas so it's in a great location for a lunchtime meal. They have a good menu to choose from and meals are relatively quick to come out. They have a good range of lunchtime pizzas and other things on the menu. There are plenty of pool/8 ball tables so you shouldn't have a problem getting a table for a quick game at lunch. There's also a small Oasis gaming area and some small outdoor areas.

This review is for South Hobart Swim Centre, South Hobart TAS

verified email - 19 Nov 2009

This swim centre offers learn to swim classes and water familiarisation classes for babies from 6 months onwards. The pool is indoors and is heated, although sometimes I've found it to be a bit cold both for me and my little one. The instructors are friendly and helpful and my little one has come along really well since we moved to this centre.

This review is for Toulouse 2 Café, Hobart TAS

verified email - 19 Nov 2009

Toulouse 2 is a cosy café which has a great selection of hot and cold dishes to eat in or take away. Their quiches and salads are delicious as well as being well priced. If you're after a cake for a special occasion I highly recommend their cakes which look amazing, taste great and are surprisingly well priced. A lot of the cakes are around $30 which represents good value considering the size of the cake and the presentation.

This review is for City Takeaway & Café, Hobart TAS

City Takeaway & Café is located in the Hobart bus mall in Elizabeth St. They have a great selection of both hot and cold dishes which are very reasonably priced. They offer quite a few delicious vegetarian options, such as zucchini slice, vegetarian pizza etc.

They have a small seated area out the back, or you can get takeaway.

This review is for Juiced Up, North Hobart TAS

verified email - 19 Nov 2009

Juiced Up is a cute little café in the northern end of the North Hobart restaurant district, up near the Post Office. It has a great range of food items as well as freshly made juice, made the way you want it.

They have some comfy couches to enjoy your meal.

They are in the 2009-2010 Entertainment Book.
