I had to return a watch to this store as it was faulty after only one week and the person who served me was very rude and aggressive towards me and tried to fix the watch whilst stating that there was nothing wrong with it. I was trying to explain what the issue was and he just kept telling me I was wrong. I am still having some issues with my watch and I am not comfortable returning to this store due to my previous treatment and will now have to go to the manufacturer
