The original old Mornington cinema is a great place to go see a movie. What it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in customer service. The owners often willl have a chat and ask you as you leave about the movie and whether you liked it or not and the man who sells the tickets has a great sense of humour and is warm and friendly. A nice change to the big chain cinemas. I love this old cinema AAAAA+++++

Always an enjoyable experience going to The Cove for a meal. Meals are lovely and you have the option of eating inside or outside on the decking, overlooking the marina. When it's cold, they have the cafe blinds down and outdoor gas heaters turned on in the decking area...so you can still sit outside and enjoy the view.

The Bistro looks amazing after the recent renovations and the meals are usually terrific. Friendly staff and great value, kids and seniors menus also available . The Bistro is a lovely place to have a meal but there is also a hotel, function room, gaming lounge and wine/cocktail bar at this venue. Updated review after bad experience on Valentines Day - no specials despite us being handed a specials menu. Manager made aware of this but said no specials as Valentines Day - Bistro was almosty empty at lunchtime. Meals were not as good as they usually are either - fish very dry and portions much smaller. We haven't been back since.

I had new car tyres fitted at a competitor's tyre centre in Frankston and a few weeks later, noticed a problem with air leaking from one of the tyres. I live in Mornington, so dropped in to Mornington Tyrepower to see what the problem was. It was only something very minor and took only a minute to fix so they fixed it then and there for free. Guy was very friendly and explained to me what the problem had been - I will definitely be buying my next set of tyres from this business and happy to recommend them to others.

I have had to call the RACV a number of times over the past 15 years and only once have I had poor service - the older RACV mechanic was very condescending to me, being a woman he obviously didn't think I knew a thing about how my car had been running, despite driving it for 12 years! Every other experience with RACV has been fantastic though and the mechanics and tow truck driver have been very friendly and helpful. Such a comfort knowing I can call them at anytime if my car breaks down.

Great range of plants and beautifully arranged. Very helpful and knowledegable staff who are happy to give you advice on any gardening problems you may have. Cafe is a real bonus - lovely outside looking out over the nursery or inside on a cold winter's day. The scones are delicious! Gift shop prices can be expensive but overall, a lovely gardening centre.

Susan Baker was the consultant who visited us at our home to make the funeral arrangements for both my Dad and Auntie. On each occasion, she was caring, friendly, helpful , professional and punctual. She helped and guided us through two very difficult periods and I would recommend her and this company to anyone. Excellent value but still first class.

My family have been taking all our animals to this clinic for about 16 years and would highly recommend it to anyone. The vets, vet nurses and all reception staff have always been first class. Knowledgeable, professional, caring and friendly. I have vets much closer to where I live but I have never even considered changing to another vet.
