Just had a FANTASTIC experience with Ash and QUicksure Plumbing. I called this morning to fix out hot water system and he answered happily and professionally on the first call. I explained the situation and he said it seemed "simple and a cheap fix". I spent the day thinking "if he thinks its simple and cheap, he won't turn up" BUT he did - 5 minutes early! I was stunned.

He solved the problem just as he expected so we asked him to help with a few 'other issues'. I again was expecting drama as other Tradies have found this to be a big annoyance but Ash helped us out without hassle or angst.

He was polite and patient with my non-english speaking family and children. He was very professional, and friendly and so reasonably priced.

I am so happy that Quicksure answered our call this morning and I will gladly and willingly recommend him to anyone who ever asks for a plumber.
