This has become one of my favourite stores. I love the service, they're always very attentive. But most of all, I can find reasonable prices for really beautiful jewellery. I recommend always asking for a better price - they often say yes, and if they can't you have nothing to lose. This is the place to go for stone jewellery, they have more than most jewellery stores I know.

I received a Pandora bracelet for my birthday. I went to the store and the girls serving were fantastic. They spent ages telling me how to look after my bracelet, checking I had been given the right size, and showing me the different types of beads, clips and spacers I could use to design my bracelet.

In summary: Fantastic service, lovely free gift wrapping and beautiful jewellery.

I ordered a cake here for a 21st birthday. The cake arrived without the strawberries which were ordered, so the franchise owner went and bought strawberries and added them to the cake. It was BEAUTIFUL! We weren't sure if cake was too big and so expected a bit left over. However, the guests adored the cake and many went back for seconds, next time we will get a bigger one! There were 2 layers - 1 of creme, 1 of custard and jam. A delicious and stunning cake!

As a regular student having private lessons, I can't recommend Parkview highly enough. This is a beautiful indoor riding centre with fantastic facilities. I have had lessons from most of the teachers there for a number of years, and on a number of different horses. Safety in horseriding is most important, which is why I like Parkview. Safety is clearly the priority of all the staff here. The horses and classes are well suited to ages and abilities.

Safe. The most important focus of any horse riding buisness is safety, and that is evident at Ponyland. I've done many a trail ride here and have had a wonderful time walking, trotting and cantering through this bush property. My first time was when I was a beginner and I still go numerous times a year as a more experienced rider. They have never let me down, I always have a great ride. They also have lessons for all ages and abilities, both group and private. I have lessons at the owner's other property called Parkview Riding Centre which is indoors and closer to home.

My whole family has independently found this little treasure at Knox City which has become our regular coffee spot. As a Knox City local, I can confidently say that we have tried every cafe in the centre. To find one that can make a good milkshake, and great coffee to each of our different likings, THAT IS IMPRESSIVE. It's not in the food court, so it's not so loud. The owners are a family, and the nicest people. They remember you and what you tend to order. A great small family buisness.

I have been a customer here for many years. The physio named Anne has a wonderful personality and loads of experience. She has worked with athletes at the Sydney Olympics and the Commonwealth Games. She makes you feel safe in the knowledge that she knows what she's doing and never pushes you too far. She never expects you to continue coming for an extended period of time; instead giving you the skills to work on your problem at home, and make appointments at intervals that work for you. I have been to other physios that left me feeling that they were milking me for money, expecting me to come very frequently at twice the price of this clinic, whilst trying to sell me things I didn't need for an inflated price. I can't rate this clinic highly enough.

I am on crutches at the moment. I received the best customer service from the staff here that I have received in a while. A number of staff members approached me as I was looking around, and one girl spent quite a bit of time helping me choose a couple of perfumes and carried them to the counter for me. She then checked in on me again later as I was still looking.This may seem like not much, but many staff in stores do not have the interest to spend the time helping someone like me, nor the forsight to offer to carry something for me. The perfume prices were great! I will definitely be back.

We found a cat in our backyard. It was malnourished and clearly lost or dumped. We took it to the RSPCA. They checked her out thoroughly and gave us the option of adopting her or them finding her a good home(she wasn't microchipped). They really did care, making sure that if we took her home, that we would have the skills to care for her. They did not pressure us to adopt her, but left the choice to us. A very positive experience.

Our cat had a leg problem. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem, describing the treatment and thenlet us choose what we could afford to do. They did not judge us if we didn't go for the most expensive option, and supported us in our choice and guided us regarding how best to care for her. Within a week she was doing much better, and we received a call to see how she was going. A very positive experience at a difficult time.
