Scott’s service, friendly nature & his ability to instil calmness is amazing. I’ve had services like this before but non that have came close to the calmness & welcomeness I experienced. I asked for a simple oil change, fuel filter change & pollen filter to be replaced, they wouldn't quote me, "we will look after you" is what they said, i notified them that Renault Dealer charged me $299 & showed them receipts, to my surprise my bill was $520 when i picked it up, they replaced wipers without my permission, its not the $20 for the wipers but rather you did it without permission, honestly i thought id give these guys a go being local, but never again. The customer service was great thou, just hope they get their pricing in order or at least give a estimate.
