I had a Lacie device which unexpectedly stopped allowing me to access the files. LaCie tech support were useless. I tried a few programs to try and retrieve the data with some limited success. I surfed the internet and located the website of data retriever and contacted them via phone. I spoke to Craig and spent around 20 minutes explaining my story and Craig offered some suggestions which I was surprised that a business would redirect me to something to try first. Unfortunately this was not successful. Since Craig was so kind to help and listen to me, I sent the hdd to him and he gave me a call and provided constant updates on the status of the progress. The turn around time was fantastic. I felt the whole time that Craig had the situation completely under control and was able to put my mind at ease. I also was provided with suggestions from Craig on how to avoid future problems. All I can do is give thanks to the work that Craig did, it got me out of jail with my wife, due to all the family photos that we thought were gone.
