I use this bank about once a month and find that it is satisfactory, often though the lack of staff means you have to wait forever, especially if you want customer service,

I use this bank every week, I find the staff friendly and I like the extended trading hours but like most banks it is just a service and they see many clients so never really get to know you

I recenly joined up and found the staff very friendly and helpful which is so important when you are in that environment, it is only small but seems to be a good program

I use it most days for mail delivery, paying bills etc They can be very busy but seem to keep the place moving, I have not had much to complain about over the many years I have used them

I find the staff very helpful and pleasant, If I am looking for a book they go out of their way to help. If a book is not in they will try and get it for you.

I have been there a few times and there is a good variety of goods at prices well below market. I bough a diamond ring and it had a full evaluation on it and was an excellent price, also bought cds.

I don't go much but I find it is good to have it there if I need a specific product like perfume. Last time I was there they completely ignored me while I was trying to buy some clinque makeup for my Aunty, in the end I had to put my hand up because they were going to serve a man that had just arrived, Staff mainly young girls, very disapointing

It is very fast service and the food is great, I have had many functions there with my family including the kids and we always have a great time. You can take all your own drinks which makes it much more affordable. Kids enjoyed looking at fish tank

Took too long to get in but once inside the bus tour was sensational. I took my own lunch and they have great grounds to enjoy your lunch. I took the kids and they really enjoyed it. I will think of going back again each year
