This shop has a great range of products & the prices are very reasonable compared to other bedding shops! The customer service is excellent & friendly. This business can be hard to find if you haven't been there before.

I am a fairly new customer with NAB. I am impressed so far with their service & product. I have a debit card and am happy about not having to pay monthly account keeping fees - unlike most other banks. NAB actually froze my accounts as they detected a virus on my home computer, I am actually quite grateful for this for security reasons! I'm surprised none of my other banking institutions took this precaution!

I have now stopped shopping at Book City Ballarat & prefer to do my book shopping elsewhere. I had an experience with the sales assistant at Book City. I bought a book for my father for Father's Day...but a relative gave him the same book. I then went to return the book & the sales assistant kept stating that they "Don't like to give refunds" in a vague way. I then pressed her on what she meant by that statement & she proceeded to discuss with the other sales assistant if the book looked in decent enough condition for a refund! I had not even opened this book after buying it. I was disgusted at how I was treated.

This has to be one of my favourite restaurants in Ballarat for the food. The prices are very reasonable & the food is GREAT! But the decor definitely needs updating, that is the only drawback for this restaurant.

I love shopping with EziBuy for the convenience. All of the products I have purchased have been fantastic & the prices are quite reasonable. I have only had one incident with Ezibuy when they sent me the incorrect pair of shoes. It was really no problem as they replaced the shoes & paid for the cost of returning the item.

I bought decorations for my mother's cake at Sweet Art Cakes & Candy. The decorations there are beautiful & the prices were quite reasonable. It would be better if the range of sugar craft was a bit more extensive, but I still found plenty of things to use for decoration. I would shop there again.

The dining room & atmosphere were set out nicely. The staff were professional, & prompt with their service. The food was nice, but maybe not enough variety on the menu. I used to go to the Argentinian Grill, but it is a shame that has now closed down. The restaurant was very nice, but I would prefer to take my family to the Grill if they ever brought it back.
