I hired Toucan Move for an interstate backloading job. After several inquiries for quotes from various removalists, I settled on Toucan move because they were the most competitive.

2 men came to pick up my goods. They were very quick and efficient. However, as I was not going to be available for the delivery of my goods, I asked a family member to receive it on my behalf. Because it was a backloading job, an inventory list was not drafted up by the company. I had to write one up myself and let one of the removalist sign and date it, and he was more than happy to so. The removalist men were actually quite skilled at their jobs and quite friendly, however not completely careful with ensuring everything on the truck that was mine was delivered entirely. Fortunately my family member knew what goods should be arriving and sorted that out in the end.

My comment would be that the quality and experience of the removalists were good, but the company needs to work out a system to ensure the entirety of the goods are delivered and this is my only complaint with them.

This is a private-run mechanic service center. They serviced my car on time and the receipt was very detailed - it listed everything checked and serviced. Price-wise, it is quite reasonable, however I was a little disappointed at the third time I took my car there as they changed something extra without informing me first. The owner is fairly easy-going and down-to-earth. I would go back there again, but this time I would clarify the cost beforehand.

A friendly couple Ellen and Paul own this cosy B&B place. We rented this place because it was close to Wilsons Prom and most of the other accommodation were taken. The room was clean and spacious, and the garden was relaxing. There were a few livestock (chooks) to see on the property, but other than that, the garden was simple, though the view was vast. You could see the large lake from the veranda. Ellen and Paul were very organized throughout the entire stay from the booking stage to the departure stage. Breakfast is cooked daily by the couple and eaten at the kitchen. It could be a little awkward for those who are less talkative as you normally share the kitchen table (ie: meal) with other guests, or with the host Ellen and Paul themselves. However, the view from the kitchen window was magnificent! Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this B&B place.

Great! I came here to get some spectacle glasses. They have a very simple and straight-forward pricing system with no hidden charges, and the pricing was very reasonable. The shop was large, clean, and had many styles to choose from. Absolutely no pressure from the sales person to buy, but they were quick to service should you required assistance. The glasses were picked up on the same day I got them. No fuss, no hassle, no misunderstanding = happy customer

I rang up YKS to help me install a curtain rail at a rented property. Yuri (the handyman) did a fantastic job - made sure the wall was drill-able to ensure chances of damage was minimal. Even though it was a very basic task, his professionalism and honesty towards the job impressed me.

I had a 6-visit package for a treatment at this place. Before I bought the treatment, the lady 'Michelle' (I assume she's the manager) was very persuasive, spoke nicely to me and even offered me a 10% discount on the total treatment. I took her up on that offer, but when I began the treatment, what was meant to be a 1-hour treatment turned out to be a 45 minute treatment. Although they did provide the service, the hard-sell from the girls every single time I went back were very off-putting. Whenever I saw the lady Michelle again, she was neither as friendly nor courteous to me compared to the day I spoke to her. After my round there, I vowed I would NOT go back there again. I was most disappointed at the after-sales customer service. Plus, parking is expensive in the city area.
