We are building our new home and we had Argus Technologies do all the cbus electrical work and home automation work throughout the house. They are fantastic to deal with and extremely helpful in helping you choose the right system for you. Great until they get your money and now they have installed half the system and installed the wrong speakers without authorisation because he thought these ones looked better with the flow of the house! Now they want to pull the inceiling speakers out and do a patch up job! Not impressed at all. We have had them out on so many occassions to fix stuff ups with their install and they havent been very helpful at all now they are sick of us calling them about problems but believe me not as SICK as us with calling them because of ALL the bad issues!

We had Arthur install a water tank in our parents home and he did a fabulous job and was the work was done to a very high standard and he was very reliable and on time which is great as most tradies arent! Highly recommend!

Debbie looks after my elderly aunties lawns and gardening and she does a fantastic job and takes pride in her work and it shows the garden is looking unbelievable! Highly recommend her to anyone and everyone

My grandparents broke their roller blinds and called up Eastern Blinds and Des came around the very next day and repaired it free of charge for them and was very helpful. I would highly recommend these guys for blinds the service is fantastic and extremely helpful.

Had the screen door mesh replaced at my grandparents house he did a fabulous job, he also got up and cleaned the gutters for them since they cant get up on the roof to do it themselves anymore.

We had our grandfather's house cleaned, maintenance done around the house, painting and the gardening they did it all very professional and resonable prices i highly recommend Linda and Darren they were very helpful and did a great job.

My Grandparents had a issue with their ducted vacuum system and i emailed Aussie Vac and they rang me back with some scenarios on how to fix it and also sent me an email to follow. I followed the instructions but to no avail so i rang the technician Ben Scott who Judy had referred me to for our area and he walked me through fixing the issue over the phone. Fantastic service and great help which saved us a call out fee and im very grateful.

We signed over to these guys with the promise of cheaper bills and more of a rebate for our solar electricity. We fought with them for 2 months trying to get our rebates for the solar to which they kept making excuses for not crediting us and now we are moving house and because the house we are building is not ready to move into they are charging me $160 disconnection fees and then trying to bribe me that ifi resign with them in 4 mths time when house is ready they will give me my money back! Absolutely disgusting service. I highly recommend you stay with the major companies these small ones are just as bad and definately disgusting service!

We bought a bedroom suite from there in January told it would be delivered in 2 weeks time it took 4mths to arrive after several hundred ph calls telling us next week everytime! Finally got it and it had faulty drawers took another month to get new one then delivery stuffed up twice!
Customer service was so unhelpful it was unbelievable! That's what u get from buying cheap chinese crap!
Dont bother its a waste of time and money!

We decided to sell our home in Epping and unfortunately was stupid enough to pick Barry Plant Epping Vic. From the start we believed we were getting two realtors a more experienced one and his sidekick so we were surprised to see we ended up with the one who we thought was in training as he wasnt confident at all in the meeting. From the start it was disorganised and very unprofessional. They made us get so called professional photos taken which turned out horrible as the photographer thought taking a picture of our pool pumps was a nice picture! We told them on several occassions we dont like the photos please change them to which it took several weeks to do but they still left the pool pump photo up! From the start the realtor continually lied to us and told us they had all these people on the database ready to buy and he would be bringing them in! Ended up firing them for unethical reasons and will be taking them to VCAT. Do yourself a favour and DONT GO WITH BARRY PLANT!
