I ordered a meal with one of their new Nudie juices for my drink and when i took a sip it tasted funny so i looked at use by date and it was a month past use by date. I took it back and asked for a new one she said do i want my money back? I said no just a fresh one please. She gave me a new one and couldnt apologise enough for the mistake. As i sat back down to eat my lunch she came over with the cost of the drink and gave me my money back aswell as the new drink. Which i didnt expect cause i was just happy to get a new fresh drink. So i was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service we got there. The meal was also one of the freshest and nicest McDonalds we had ever eaten. Just goes to show good customer service isnt dead after all.

Jamie mows my aunties lawns and does her gardening in Bentleigh and he does an amazing job. He is very considerate, helpful and has very resonable prices.

We bought a house in new estate in Epping and it is all suppose to be 6 star energy rating and fibre optic cabling throughout estate. We are only given one telecommunication company to go with for home phone and internet as no other companies including Telstra service this area which is ridiculous, so we have no choice but to go with them. They claim the internet speed is 100.0Mbps but it takes over 3minutes for our home page to come on! Call rates are disgusting they charged me $9.40 to call my mum in Qld for 20 minutes! They also charge $30 line rental. We ended up cancelling our home phone as it was costing us a fortune when we were calling their helpline constantly and they charge us everytime we called so we now use our mobile phones and skype which is so much cheaper!! Im not a big fan of Telstra but i would love for them to come and take over their lines!! Everyone in our estate is appaulled by this company but we dont have any other options at this stage as i was informed Arise has the contract until Dec 08!

I bought a LCD TV which they thought was in stock for me to pick up at end of the week but when i came in to get it it hadnt arrived. They were very helpful and couldnt apologise enough, they then stayed in contact with me letting me know what was happening with the TV. They turned an unpleasant experience into a good one even throwing in some freebies!

Excellent mechanics and really good service. They ring you to tell you what is wrong and ask you if you want that fixed then and tell you how much it will cost they dont just fix it and then charge you for it. My car runs perfect thanks to Good Year.

We ordered some roman blinds, blockout blinds, panelglides and timber venetians for our new home and we got a quote before the house was finished so we agreed to quote and when it came time for them to measure again before they made blinds they were meant to meet me onsite at lunchtime but they got there early and the builder let them in and he didnt wait for me to get there so they went off and made blinds without our final ok. When they finally got them done some 8 weeks later when they were installing them i noticed the poor quality of work and that they were not what i wanted for the blinds in lounge and master bedroom. I had spoken to staff before installation and he told me i had to pay b4 they installed blinds and i said what if i dont like blinds or there wrong? He said we will give you a refund so when i rang him and said they were wrong and poor quality and i want my money back and that i wasnt going to pay the final instalment till they were replaced he rang the installer to take the blinds away and they were going to keep our money!
I have had several other blind companies come out to quote me since and they all say the same thing that our blinds are poorly made.

The service at this Bunnings is absolutely fantastic! They help you with your every need. If they dont have something in stock they do everything they can to find it for you elsewhere. The best Bunnings around!
I live in Epping and i choose to drive to Thomastown as they are the most helpful!

This Bunnings would have to be the worst in Victoria! The staff are rude, not helpful, dont help you with simple DIY questions as they told me they cant help me with any information on how much building product i would need to do it myself and that i should consult a builder cause they arent allowed to help me! So much for the store being there for do it yourselvers. They wouldn't even let me return an item i had bought but bought wrong size so i needed to change to a smaller size which was cheaper they said i could change it if they kept the change i was owed! I told them dont worry about it and exchange it at another Bunnings no problem and no questions asked! The other Bunnings also helped me with the required amount of timber i needed to do my DIY job! I live in Epping and instead of going to Epping Bunnings i travel to either Thomastown who are excellent or to the new Mill Park store which are fantastic too! I will never shop there again!
