Typical discount store, has plenty of products but no service. This store is convenient to me but if there was another I would go to it. Spent 15 mins waiting while 2 staff beside were talking about their staff party. I left without buying the product I needed.

Depending on the day the staff are lovely. Coffees are good. Prices average. This is the only coffee place I could find open on a Sunday. That has to score points

My first visit here, it looked really nice when I walked in. The guy behind the counter was making a coffee , no hello. I had to wait for the lady to serve me. I asked the lady a few things about the store it was like pulling teeth. Cake was beautiful , didn't like my coffee couldn't drink it. Must say the Barista was very friendly to some other people that came in the store.

Had a meal there last night. I had booked and we were shown to our table without delay. The place was packed. We had a little table outside but there was plastic curtains to protect you from the cold and they pulled up a heater for us also. We brought our own wine and weren't in a hurry to order. The staff kept checking that we were happy. When we received our meal, I was amazed at how gorgeous it was , I ordered the John Dory and would have to say its the nicest Ive ever had. Cant complain about anything at all. Fabulous

Popped in to buy some items, the lady behind the counter was lovely and very helpful. I got what I needed and a preventative. Just a nice experience to have. Don't see good service all the time.

My first visit after waiting in line for 5 minutes I was told I needed to make an apt by a very unfriendly woman. Made the apt and came back a few days later. Waited again, got the same unfriendly woman. "go over there".I noticed she could smile when she served a man though! Long story short I had to make another apt but had to go to Hurstville or Engadine. What ever happened to customer service

I dropped in to make an appointment today. There was one staff member working with someone. She was very nice and I made a time for the afternoon when she was free. Popped in when due, would've been nice to get a hello. She did my hair and it was fine, still haven't found the right hairdresser for me. It was a little more expensive than some others in the area. The lady was very nice and chatty.

First time Ive been here. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and I was served really quickly but a lovely guy who told me how I should drink my salty caramel drink, as I wasn't sure if I should pour the milk first or the syrup. Initially I thought it was rather expensive but then realised I could get 2 drinks out of the milk pot. It was delicious I loved it.

Bit disappointed in this restaurant , rather pricey so you would expect a tasty gourmet meal. Service was good apart from them forgetting our wine. Décor nice but the meal really let it down.

Wow not everyday you walk into a business in awe. Loved it the staff said hello the minute I walked in the door. The food looked delicious, I had a little cake gorgeous. Coffee was superb. Love this place definitely going back
