Customer service was ok, food was ok, my Chai Latte wasn't very nice and rather large. The tables were kept nice and clean and I noticed the guy behind the counter cleaning also. Could be friendlier and food could have nore options

I caught up with a friend at Gloria Jeans - we ordered 2 coffees and 2 banana breads, we had to sit behind a counter wall which was fine. When we realised our coffees were ready - we didn't hear them call our names, I went to get them while my friend looked after the bags. There was too much to carry and I asked if they could hand the coffee to my friend who was standing at the counter where we were sitting. No we cant help as if we spill it , we could get sued!
Ah there were 2 plates of banana bread...... No worries I can make two trips while the 3 of you stand there chatting to each other. A little service goes a long way!!

Wanted to get my hair coloured and my hairdresser isn't open Sundays so went to Northlands. Hadnt been here before so asked for pricing before I committed to having my hair done, it wasn't cheap but I thought I would go ahead. After the girl had tried to sell me different products, I went up to pay and it was considerably more than told initially. I said to her next time tell me what you are going to charge me more for as I don't like surprises!! She couldn't care less! Not happy!

Lovely staff, chatty and helpful, I only had coffee on this occassion as I had an appointment further up the street. had prevviously had breakfast at another cafe close by that was very ordinary with not so nice staff

I initially went to another Hairdresser in the area, who did a good job, however they did a lot of things I didn't ask for and it cost me a fortune - not happy. Later I was referred by another person to go to Billie. She was too busy for the first two times I went in. Shes great, makes her customers feel at home.

Efficient and value for money , fast and thorough
great range of colours for nails, not overly talkative but a great job done. Gosh its hard to keep talking for the sake of talking

I needed to get my hair done recently, and my hairdresser doesn't work on a Sunday,unfortunately Ive forgotten the girls name, however they were really friendly.

I went to this place via a Voucher I had bought. The receptionist was new so still learning what to do , so a bit of waiting. Bit I was impressed with Cameron we did a few tests and he immediately picked up the issue I was having healthwise. I had previously spent over $5000 last year trying to treat this problem with Drs and Naturopaths and nothing. He was meant to call me back yesterday and I didn't get a call therefore the service rating. But all in all pretty good I think

I was very impressed with this company, I had been given a gift card which was about to expire, they were very nice to me and offered to extend the time ( how often does that happen?)
Havent been yet but this alone I thought was worth a good rating.
The lady on the phone was soooooo helpful and patient
Not cheap but so Ive got my moneys worth
