This is a favorite place of mine near work, but it is so good I go there a lot whenever I am in the city. My favorite dishes are the Chilli Fried Squid and Chicken Ramen. There are many other dishes on the menu, all of which are superb. The service is great, atmosphere is great - I have never had a bad moment here! It is very casual and your meal can be tailored to suit your requirements (either quick lunch, or hang arounf lunch/dinner).

After having considered an outdoor spa for some time now, we decided that we had enough money stored away and went looking for some providers. We visited Signature Spas first and had some great advice from the sales person, who was keen to keep us looking at spas in our range, not trying to sell us one above what we could afford. We then decided to look at some other providers (some in Dandenong etc) and the service we got from all 3 of the others was absolutely woeful to say the least. We then decided to go back to Signature Spas and when we got back, the Sales Person met with us and informed us that the manufacturer had a brand new spa in stock (which someone had ordered and didn't proceed with) that had a range of upgrades already in place and was $1,000 cheaper than our budget maximum. With an offer like that, we had no choice but to accept - They have even offered to hold it for another 6 weeks whilst we organise the funds, which is something that they don't do. Whilst we wait for the spa to be delivered, the sales person has organised transport, water, chemicals and onsite instruction for the care & maintenance of the spa in order to ensure the longest possible lifespan.

This review is for ANZ Bank, Melbourne VIC

After the pain we experienced with our first home loan, I decided to write a tender document and send it to the major 4 banks; ANZ, Commonwealth, NAB and Westpac. The Commonwealth didn't even respond when I sent it to them, the NAB hardly read it at all and just printed off web material for me to look at when I met them, the Westpac responded too late, however the ANZ called me the day I gave it to them. The consultant (Kyp Kyprou), called me to say that he had it and would read it over the next day or two. He called again on the 3rd day and invited me in for a chat. I sat down and clarified some of the things listed in the document and provided more info on what we were looking to achieve. We spent the next two talking and discussing the options when we sprung a suprise on him - We found a house sooner than we expected. Kyp provided as much time as we needed to speed things up and still went above and beyond to explain it all again to Jacqui when we went to make out final decision. He then informed us which product he recommended and how it matched each one of our objectives listed in the tender document. We decided then and there that this was the best option and we progressed with the ANZ. We re-financed our existing property, borrowed for the new one, transferred our bank accounts and migrated credit card services. The process to do so was fantastic, Kyp was proactive in letting us know what need to happen and when, got everything sorted for us and even when he had to hand over to his banking services staff, he informed them of everything so that when we came in to sign the documents, they knew exactly what was going on. At the end of it all (couple of weeks) we sat down for a coffee and he informed me that whenever I needed assistance, I could always come and visit. I have done so twice now and all ANZ transactions and follow-ups have been outstanding.

An Aussie representative was recommended to us by family when we went to get our first mortgage and he could tell we didn't know a lot about it at the time. As such, he didn't explain much, provided us with a loan that provided him with the best commission, offered little follow-up, had a go at me when I called to find out where things are at and the worst part was he didn't even inform us that the settlement was going to fail due to the provider not having the required 100 points of ID!

We purchased our new house through these guys and whilst they were strictly looking for the best outcome for themselves, they offered an extremly high level of service and follow-up. The settlement was handled in an amazing fashion and we had no problems in getting the keys and moving in straight away.

We are currently using these guys to manage a rental property of ours in Dandenong North and they provide quite a poor service. Apart from being good at collecting and distributing the rent, they provide poor communication, offer little additional benefits for the fees we pay, do not schedule property inspections and wait until the last minute to resolve issues (once nearly causing the current tenants to break lease).

Everytime we have been here the meals have been fantastic - It has a great bistro/dining area that has a great atmosphere. It is all wood on the inside and makes you feel like you are in a log cabin at the snow. It has all the other ammenities you come to expect, such as Lounge Area, Pokies, Sports Bar etc. Can easily spend a few hours here with friends relaxing.

We have been here a number of times (as it is in walking distance from home) and have always had an enjoyable time, whether it is by ourselves or with family & friends. The place has a great atmosphere, good food, good service, as well as all your other benefits (Sports Bar, Nightclub, Pokies, Lounge etc).

This one is a bit 'Hit & Miss' for me as the first time I went it was fantastic, however the second time I went the quality of the food was absolutely terrible. I suspect that the second time around human error was made due to being busy, however I couldn't eat my meal due to it being that poor.

This review is for Fountain Gate Plumbing Services, Narre Warren North VIC

We had just moved into our new house and as a housewarming present, the parents purchased a dishwasher for us. We contacted Fountain Gate Plumbing Services and they provided a quote on the job over the phone and came out to do the work in a number of days. The quality was excellent, however the quote varied due to additional parts being required (having said this, this was noted on the phone, which we agreed to).
