This is an excellent store that always has friendly staff. The products are good and only cost $2 each. The staff are amazing as they are always helpful and friendly. You can buy just about anything in this store and it doesn't cost a fortune. I purchased several items and the manager gave me further discount. A great place to shop.

Very fast and efficient ironing service. Very friendly and easy pickup and delivery. No problems with clothes when returned. They used starch on shirts so they looked great. The turn around time is excellent. This is a great service which is not costly.

Lakes Plumbing has excellent service. When we called them they came straight away, assessed the situation and fixed the problem immediately. We have used them on numerous occasions and they are always prompt, fast, friendly and provide the best service around.

This handyman is the best. He can do any type of handyman work like painting, tiling, repairs, yard work, and much much more. He is extremely knowledgeable and a very friendly guy. He always turned up when he said he would, was never late and did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone as he gives excellent service.

It is absolutely amazing how bad customer service can be. It took Telstra over 16 days to connect a home phone for us. As we live in a rural area, we had to drive to the local town, and use a public phone to contact Telstra each day. Eventually we had to drive into 2 different suburbs in Perth and go into 3 different Telstra shops to try and get some help from Telstra. These trips were 2 hour round trips. At the first Telstra shop we were told that the staff there didn't know how to connect a residential home phone and they directed us to the next Telstra shop. The 2nd Telstra shop told us that they were too busy to do it, and told us to drive to the next suburb which was another 40 minutes (each way) away. After driving this distance and walking into the 3rd Telstra shop we had to wait for 30 minutes to be served by a young lady who said that she didn't know how to do it and would have to get her supervisor. When the supervisor came, she said that they were too busy to do it and put me onto a landline phone in their shop to speak to Telstra that way. So I had come full circle from a public phone to a phone in a Telstra shop. This experience cost us a lot of time and money. It took 30 minutes of listening to "I AM YOU ARE WE ARE AUSTRALIAN" for someone to answer the Telstra shop phone and then they had to transfer us 4 times before someone could do this. In the end we managed to get a person on this phone who could half do the job but told us we would have to come back in about 2-3 days for it to be completed. This was the most shoddy and bad experience that we have every had in our lives!!!

This Chinese Restaurant prepares great Chinese food at reasonable prices. The food is always fresh and tasty and well prepared. Quite a good range of dishes on the menu. The staff here leave a lot to be desired. Usually very young girls who don't seem to know how to be a waitress or understand customer service. The waitress was more concerned with her social life than with helping the customers.

This Pizza Restaurant that makes the most delicious Pizzas, Spaghetti, Salads, Garlic Bread and much more. It is a wonderful experience as the food is absolutely delicious, fresh and the service is always wonderful. The range of Pizzas is amazing and there are many gourmet Pizzas to choose from as well as desert Pizzas. A fantastic place with fabulous food.l

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very professional hostess who showed us to our table. The waitress arrived promptly after and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, the items on it and how they were prepared. The waitress also had an excellent knowledge of what wines would accompany each dish. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious and so beautifully prepared that you almost did not want to disturb it on the plate. They have the most incredible Chef(s) at The Loose Box as the overall dining experience was one that we had never had before. The quality of the food, service, lighting and wines was extraordinary. What a delight this evening was.
