The gentleman that runs this newsagent has incredible customer service. He is always friendly with a smile and a cheerful word to every customer. It is a pleasure to go into this business due to his happy disposition. The newsagency is well stocked with a wide selection of greeting cards and stationery and has several lotto outlets as well as a Wespac Bank inside it. All staff are usually friendly.

Excellent service. They went out of their way to help install a shower screen for us. Did a free measure and quote and this of course took time for a tradesman to visit. Their staff have excellent knowledge of what they are doing and when they installed the finished product, it was exactly what we expected and wanted. Well done Mundaring Glass!!

Extremely friendly staff and excellent service. The staff always has a chat with you and makes sure that you are happy with your selection. They went out of their way to help me select flowers for my mother's birthday and to help send them interstate. My mother said that they were the most beautiful she had ever seen. Not too expensive - what you would expect to pay. An excellent florist and great customer service!!

A very enjoyable evening. Service was first rate, prompt and friendly. Waitress brought water to the table when we sat down. Meals were delicious with plenty of food on the plates. Nice music in the background and a very pleasant atmosphere for a nice dinner and evening out. Very enjoyable and they have an excellent Chef!!

This medical centre is excellent. It is very clean, has a good reception area and plenty of seats available. It is by appointment only however they do not keep you waiting very long. The doctors are excellent and very very friendly. They genuinely want to help. The staff need to work a little on customer service as they sometimes seem disinterested. Overall a very good experience.

This fish and chip shop has recently changed owners so we decided to buy fish and chips from them to see what it was like. The fish was very thin and greasy. The chips did not have very much salt on them at all. It was quite disappointing and the service was good.

We had coffee and cake at Murphy's in Mundaring and it was a good experience. The coffee was good quality and the cake excellent. The service was very friendly and good. A nice experience

I needed physio on a problem with my leg and went to see this Physiotherapist. She is very friendly and professional. She provided excellent service and explained everything to me in great detail and even offered to lend me some equipment in order to aid my recovery. She also does home visits which is very helpful if you are unable to walk. I would recommend this business to anyone.

We went for lunch to Mundaring Artisan Bakery Cafe and ordered salads, coffee and cake. The Shop Assistants were impatient and unhappy. The food took an extraordinary amount of time to arrive. When the food arrived, there was very little on the plate and it didn't look very good. The prices they are charging are exhorbitant and too expensive for this type of cafe. They are charging prices you would expect to pay in an up market restaurant. Not a very good experience at all and left us feeling ripped off and unhappy.

This Pharmacy offers a wide range of products and giftware. I was looking for a present and had a wonderful range of gifts to choose from. The Pharmacists are always friendly and efficient. A couple of the girls who are the Shop Assistants in this Pharmacy are not very good. They are surly and impatient and so their customer service needs to be looked at. But beside this, the overall Pharmacy is very good.
