the owner is very helpful and always a service with a smile. Need more like him. He is very kind to my kids when I have them with me too.

I am really disgusted with their fuel coupons. I usually spend about $90 a week there and have always broken down the bill to 3 so that I can get more coupons and have had no problems but now they won't allow it. I even spoke to the manager whom couldn't really help me. They had a customer service rep call me and she basically told me that she can't help me either. So I informed her that I will only spend $30 a week with them when I needed a fuel voucher and shop elsewhere on other days as Foodland has similar prices and she told me to go ahead. Some customer service rep. Well they lost a loyal customer and some of my friends are doing the same. Shame on you.

They do not like kids to come around. The owner is very grumpy when kids are around and my kids are very well behaved kids. They do walk around to check the place out but look with their eyes and NOT hands and the owner still was grumpy.

They try to do a good job but cleanliness is still an issue for me. How often are the play area cleaned? Some parents going there are quite irresponsible as they allow their kids to rule the cafe with their rudeness. The staff needs to make sure that everyone follows the cafe rules.

Coming from Malaysia, I am always looking for good Malaysian cuisine. I have been here 3 times, and have been disappointed twice. The third time, I did not even get seated. I was there with my family, every staff member behind the counter looked at us and none came forward to help us. We waited for about 5 minutes then left to go to Spargos. Was it because I looked too much like a Malaysian and did not deserve the same treatment. Have not been back there since.

I went to see them in around November 08 for a filter. My details were taken, and was informed that I will be contacted. 2 monts go by no word. I went in to see them again, I was told that they had no information for me. I asked how do we GET the needed info and I was told that he had to call the vendor and it might take a while. I informed him that I am WILLING TO WAIT. He at that point remarked that he could only leave a message for the vendor and the vendor might not call back for a while. So I asked if he still had my details but he was unable/unwilling to reconfirm. So I wrote it down and I have yet to receive a call. This is the WORST ORGANIZATION I have ever dealt with. Can't believe that they are still in business.
