Ordered two main meals....service was really fast. The meals were well presented that was until you tasted them.....My husbands beef schnitzel was a sloppy mess piled on chips and my salt and pepper squid was so greasy. Obviously reheated....just awful. Walked out after a couple of bites.

There website said they specialised in Alfa Romeos so we booked a oil change and a brake repair. Mechanics came out and told me that I didn't have a brake boost in the car so the brakes would never be perfect....hmmm. Then they came up with a couple of minor leaks that was going to cost over $1000. Quoted $320.00 for the service and the total of the bill was $560 plus. Brakes no better. Spoke to Alfa specialist and was told exactly where the brake booster was....never again. My husband will be disputing this bill. Also charged half hour labour to rotate tires which were already off the car for the break inspection.

Having to grab petrol tonight on my way home from work, only to find that Caltex are now charging a Card Surcharge fee to use eftpos in their store. So now we are being charged to spend our own money.

Have been a customer for 2 1/2 years. As off October they didn't notify me that they were no longer picking up from my area, didn't return phone calls and after meeting the new owner in November, have still no answer to my queries. Looking to refund my prepaid labels if they do not want to provide a service. Formal complaint made at Head Office and still no reply.

Have been a loyal customer of Fastway Couriers for two years. Called in late October to have a parcel collected. After numerous calls and three days finally sent parcel with other means. Went and spoke to the new owner around November 3rd 2011. He asked for a week to check into the sittuation as they were no longer servicing the area I am located in. In late Dec after leaving several messages, I contacted the sales department at Fastway. Told that he would get back to me by the end off the week, never happened. Today the 1st of February, I have inquired about a refund for the pre purchased labels. Got put on hold, hung up on and finally told the boss was not in and would return my call. Disgusting customer service and follow through. Would not use this company again
