Oh dear. Coffee was beyond average and my hot chocolate was undrinkable. I quite literally left the entire thing and no one asked if there was a problem.

Tupperware products speak for themselves in terms of their quality and functionality but Hazel did a fabulous job making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed and not like they were all part of a hard sell. She is knowledgeable about the products and was a pleasure to deal with.

Dr Hargreaves has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout my pregnancy. I really appreciate her straightforward approach and she is knowledgeable and experienced and these factors all put me at ease. I highly recommend her.

Great selection, service and delivery is really quick. I look here before anywhere else for any cosmetic/ skin care purchases (also love they're an Australian based company).

The pizza is brilliant, the service is not. They're on a winning fomula with the pizza itself but the rude and unlistening staff really take away (pardon the pun) from the overall experience.

The best Thai takeway I've ever had. The service is quick and no-fuss, which is great when you want to get in and out to get your meal and the food is fresh, delicious and consistent. FANTASTIC!

From walking in to walking out (which I pretty much wanted to do after we had our first 'encounter' with the staff) it was a total disaster. Rude staff who seemed to have better things to do than serve their customers stood talking to each other behind the bar, ignoring me and three other people waiting. When they finally decided to tend to us, we were told that they'd run out of the meal that was part of their Sunday promotion, and weren't prepared to change it to another option to honour the deal. When our meals finally did arrive (after being chased up twice over an hour period), my hamburger was raw in the middle and inedible. I was told that they would replace the meal, not refund it but by that stage, we were all so over it, noone wanted to wait for another (inedible) meal to be brought out. No apology was made and overall, it was a really disappointing experience ESPECIALLY considering how many really amazing restaurants Melbourne has to offer.

AMAZING!!! The skydiving itself was an incredible, life-changing experience but Nir and his team were brilliant from beginning to end. They are friendly and relaxed, but also made us feel safe and in control. If you're going to skydive, do it with these guys!!

Ken at Urban Studio is nothing short of brilliant. We absolutely LOVE our wedding photographs. Ken managed to capture the day beautifully and they truly are photographs we will treasure forever.

Ken is talented, professional, easy to work with and really does listen. We cannot fault Ken, or his work, at all.

This place is by far the most enjoyable place to do the mundane task of fruit and vegetable shopping. Everything is neat, tidy and easy to find. And the quality of the produce is fantastic (for which you of course pay a little more for).
