After my 7 year old daughter was having trouble getting to sleep, i booked her into one of Gabi's meditation for kids classes. Straight after the first session, i noticed how calm she was and with the help of her special herbal tea after school, she is sleeping so well and the dramas before bed have been avoided. She just loves the classes and wants to continue with them now. A skill she will now have for life. Gabi was very welcoming and the kids just warmed to her instantly.
