We found them very efficient. They came to measure as arranged, gave us a quote on the spot. We called into the showroom to double check the look and the mesh required. Installation was within the time fame and with minimal fuss. We were very happy with all aspects of our dealings with them. Have recommended them to a neighbour with similar needs.

Did not get the opportunity to use Metro Movers. Very nice man came and discussed the move, said we would have a quote within 24-48 hours. We phoned them after 48 hours and we were told she had a lot of quotes to do but found ours and would send it shortly - never came. No follow up from their Representative either. Naturally, we went with a different company. What a waste of their Representative's time and petrol!
