It is a little expensive, especially for somebody with my budget, but it is almost literally lifesaving so worth it. The staff are fantastic, the workouts easy to learn, fun, and effective, and you can join in the weight management classes that concentrate on the food side of the weight loss equation.

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, service is great and the food is excellent. Last time I was there I had one of their rice bowls (I had the chicken and asparagus one, but there are several varieties) and it was delicious, filling and very good value.

I've never had a problem with these guys. I had to use them this weekend for a flat battery and the guy was pleasant and helpful. A small issue was that I am currently living 100 metres on the wrong side of the line that separates city from country so he couldn't help with replacing the battery.
