Great gym. I wasted a lot of money going to other gyms and personal trainers with little results over the last 5-6 years. Here, results are the key and its the guarentee to deliver results or money back which delivers real value.

The gym balances the programme with diet and excercise targets and I've achieved excellent results so far, i.e. weight loss (>15kg weight loss and running capacity >60 minutes).
